Former Pro Athlete and Post Pro Capital CEO, Rashad Jones-Jennings, had the pleasure of speaking at the Family Office Club event as part of the Pro Athlete panel. He sat down to share his strategies and goal-setting rituals that helped propel him to become part of the top .1% percenter in his field.
Jones-Jennings is spearheading a $60 million revitalization effort in his hometown, Chattanooga, Tennessee, wherein he is planning to revitalize the neighborhood and build over 250 residential units.
“I’m doing real estate development. We’re building luxury tiny homes in Chattanooga. Chattanooga, Tennessee is my hometown. We got a $60 million revitalization effort in the neighborhood that I grew up in. I put my money where my mouth is, and I invested in my neighborhood, and we’re going to turn it around. We’re going to pump some life into the neighborhood. We own the properties, everything is already entitled. All the risk has been taken out of the deal, and the last piece of the puzzle is getting a capital partner so we can just focus on operating.”, Jones-Jennings says.
